At the boat yesterday, noticed a pool of diesel under the lift pump (sealed type) mopped it up. I then proceeded to turn on fuel taps and the puddle quickly formed again, looking under the lift pump there was a steady stream of diesel from what looks like a drain hole, the lift pump is in a difficult to see location. Turned off fuel taps and stream eventually stopped' is this an indication that the pump diafram has gone.
Any points I should be aware of when replacing the lift pump.
