I have a wet lead acid battery 75AH
Needs to start and run the Eber all day, that's the main job, during winter of course.
I charge it up during the week with solar, so far battery voltage has been 13.8, no load, every time I get to the boat.
12.8 when running instruments / Autohelm during the summer.
12.2 on eber start up, 12.7 running.
I recon the current set up works very well, but lead acid job getting older, what do I plan for ?
Boat is trimaran, so saving a bit of weight always useful, and if its a lot lighter easier to move / mount elsewhere.
