Will probably be around, although "marina bound", as we are giving the boat a scrub and tidy up ready for it to get covered in mud at the BBQ next weekend.

At least if we don't go anywhere I can watch the grand prix.

Had a great day out yesterday, the Squadron 55 was amazing, as was the lovely Irish lass showing us around, I think I could finally be persuaded to a fly bridge boat... The numerous beer and wine kicked in at the end of the show, and ended up on the Red Jet to West Cowes for a few more bevvies before heading back, fantastic!

Went down from Bray to Windsor yesterday cos swmbo fancied some retail therapy. ABsolutley cracking day weatherwise and followed LAdy Gay into Boveney LOck as he was on his way down to Weybridge for the Dunkirk Vets Day at WMC. Believe they were graced with Prince Michael today?

Persuaded Dogsbody and his swmbo to join us later in the day and had a chinese supper.

Back to Bray today - even saw Darren alive and awake before 10am - now THERE'S a first!

Kept a weather eye open for USA Dave but other posts confirm he didnt get upriver far enough to cross paths.

Bray BBQ next weekend at Cookham - any bets on the weather?

Had to make it back to Bray for the grand prix, otherwise would have been alongside you until 1600h...

Watched the race then had to finish the cleaning (well Deb did most of the cleaning but I organised), boat now reasonably clean and tidy ready for next weekend's mud bath!

According to my 'phone, next Saturday is going to be sunny and 18C, with the same for Sunday. Not sure I believe it though...
