August 2005 ...

This used to be a rather grim place but it has been completly renovated in the last few months. Now an excellent place to eat simple food. Menus at euro 15.90 and 22.90 are very good value indeed. Excellent freindly service with "broken English spoken" and the usual amusing mis-transtranslations on the menu (do French restaurants do this on purpose?). If booking, ask for a table upstairs, overlooking the old dock area.

From the visitors pontoons, just keep walking south, and it's along the Quai de Caligny before you get to the bridge.

Strongly recommended

(Note the frontage doesn't look like the picture - it's much more up-market now!)
