One is minded to have regard to the notion that a gift horse should never be looked in the mouth. However, I have been offered a pair of Neptune boots for a steal though they are not of a design that I recognise or can identify online, in that the logo is on the side of the boot rather than the front and it is a camel logo rather than the 1927 script. A Google search doesn't pull up any results with such a design, which leaves me curious as to whether these are imitation.
Does anyone with, or who has seen many pairs, know whether such a design was the standard some years ago please?
Many thanks
