Difficult to comment really if he sorts it quickly it could be money well spent.

High salaries and bonus always create envy but bosses are not normally idiots and pay what they need. My daughters boss gets a fantastic bonus but it is based on him earning the company x amount first then his bonus is based on a % of the extra money he brings in.

How much would you be prepared to pay someone to make say £1000 for you.

Bit like Neville Shutes (author and engineer) comment An engineer can do what any idiot can do but at a fraction of the time and cost.

Now if the idiot is earning say £200 per day whats the engineer worth?
