Excellent, but why take it out for the winter, we get some lovely winter days for motoring about, especially after the summer we have just had. I am going to make the most of it and leave mine in. That looks like Holy Loch marina were you are having it lifted out.

My thoughts as well. Some of the best trips this year were December to Feb on the Solent - glass smooth, sunny and crisp. We went to W Cowes and called the marina for a berth number - the response was almost literally "take your pick"

We pull the boat for a long weekend in March using Gosport Boatyard's winter offer - plenty of time to afoul, do the anodes and polish the props
