Lanolin...........supplier thereof?

Can anyone advise of a supplier of a grade of lanolin suitable for antifouling a prop. My understanding is it should be 'industrial' grade. I know it comes from sheep but I was looking for something a bit easier to come by.

Try a local pharmacist. Few of them stock it but some can order it. I think its called 'anhydrous' lanolin.

Walk into any Lloyds Pharmacy (1500 branches in the UK), ask nicely if someone could order a 500g-tub of Hydrous wool fat BP from the wholesaler's called AAH Ltd; quote the order code "WOO 107C". They should be able to supply within 24 hours, except at weekends. If they charge you more than £10 for a 500g tub, you're being ripped off. If they won't order it for you, they're not worthy of your custom as it really isn't a big deal, it only takes one 'phone call.
