Yes it's run by the Lightship people. I understand the refurbishment was mainly to upgrade the kitchen so the bar and restaurant look much as they did before....which is no criticism as I liked the feel and look of the place. I wish them well.

Seven of us went for dinner on Sunday. Sensible menu with all wines at £10 per bottle. 
Six meals arrived at the same time but the waitress then fessed up she had completely forgotten about the seventh. Profuse apologies and shortly afterwards the seventh meal appeared. They applied a percentage deduction from the overall bill.
Fair prices, good food and honesty from staff. What more can you ask for?
I wish them well for the future - we will certainly be going again.
