Land sickness

Some friends of mine have recently completed a 3-year circumnavigation and one of them is experiencing great difficulty in finding her land-legs.
I am sure that I have read about this in a recent yachting magazine but cannot find it.
Can anyone help?

After I came back from a long trip I would regularly sleep walk around the house thinking I was still on my boat. Once my wife found me anxiously fiddling with the knobs on the microwave shouting "on deck, there's a cargo ship coming" - presumably I thought it was the radar. Another time, she found me standing on the diving board of our swimming pool having a pee - presumably I thought I was on the transom.
