LAND-SICKNESS CURE - Allied Princess 36 ketch (wanted)

After a lot of soul (and wallet depths) searching, I have decided on an Allied Princess - so anyone who has one - or who knows of one, let me know - and my bout of LAND-SICKNESS will be terminated.

I would be happier with one that needs TLC - gotta keep busy...
I will be returning to the good-ol-USA and can re-locate anywhere on the East Coast. So location isnt serious.
