Save the heart ache and buy some thing well known and profesionally built. You will win in the end.

Built by Lancer Marine, from .....erm.......wales I think. The 33 hull was derived from the boat that was built to do a round britain challange thing donkies ago. Not a lot of them seen about, but get a good one and they're nice boats. There's one on boats and outbourds for about 30k. Twin diesels init with all the kit and caboodle.

The Lancer, one hell of a boat in the early 70s., should be fitted with two engines. There were two versions an open model and a cabin model. I took one two Cherbourg in about 1974 for someone, from memory it took about 2½ hours from Needles and consumed a zillion gallons of petrol. The design was very futuristic and still looks modern today.
