.........He rang me this morning. he is stuck in Dolphin haven (Poole)

Because he's only going forward and he can't find reverse!

Sounds like morse cable sticking somewhere. I think he's putting boat back onto trailor to have a look. If any of you Poole bods are about, maybe drop in and see how he's getting on with it. Hope it doesn't ruin his hols.
I may be down that way myself this w/e.

I'll be down this wekend myself, will keep a look out fro you all. Fireworks at Swanage again this Saturday evening.

Had to watch from the land last week, much better from the water. Anchor well away from the little stone pier by he clock. That's where they let 'em off, and there were a lot of burning ones hitting te water!
