Hi,

Does anyone know a source of laminating pouches for the odd 3-holed Reeds navigator folders ? I've just bought the 2015 edition at a good price from Wordery and so have a spare Reeds folder and I was thinking of putting the local tides + Dover and a few other things in one folder and storing the remainder out of the way in the other. It would eb nicve to be able to laminate them as well, hence the question.

As an aside, does anyone else do this, and if so then which sections of the almanac do you keep to hand ?

Thanks,

Boo2

I do this, but I simply use A4 pouches and put them in a plastic A4 ring binder.

I only laminate the regularly used ones, the rest stay in the reeds folder.

If you have 2 reeds folders you can thin it out further and have a file for the very unlikely to go places. When the reeds file is half full it is so much easier to use, and the holes dont tear as easily.

BTW i only replace the reeds every 4 years or so, I buy a small almanac every year for the tides etc. the rest of the info doesn't change much.

Great idea, brought my laminator down to the boat

I just had the new 2015 through and i was wondering what to do with the pristine 2014 :-)
