Lambeth or Kings reach

Can someone please settle a "discussion".
Is the stretch of Thames between Westminster and Charing X bridges part of Kings or Lambeth reaches? Where does one become the other?

HAving taken a look at various maps - ancient and modern - I would suggest Lambeth Reach runs south from Westminster upriver to Vauxhall Bridge and Kings Reach is further down river between Waterloo and Blackfriars, possibly pushing on a little further towards Southwark. If this is correct there is no natural transition from one to the other.

Thanks for your reply.....and concern! We're still fine,but equally, still puzzling...if it isn't in Kings and isn't in Lambeth Reach, what is it?

Why can't it just be a bit of the river without a specific name? Or maybe just 'the bit between Lambeth and Kings Reaches'
