Blow in what, I can't get my mouth round the whole thing, nothing happens if I blow in the side hole.
If I blow in one set of 4 square hole in the end the air comes out of the other set.

Blow in the side hole. If that doesn't work then perhaps the diaphram has burst.

Success.
Took it to pieces, one of the diaphrams was a bit crumpled so flattened it out a bit blew in the hole and a wailing came out the other end.

Haha, I almost fainted while blowing into the hole when I found one on my boat.... yet nothing ever came out!
What does the diaphragm look like?! Is it a little plastic "wrapper"-type material?
