Ah. Thought that would fool you. According to my etrex gps that was taken at 9.8 mph (that is less than the limit which is 10 knots - 11.4 mph)

So whilst it's perfectly legal it is quite anti-social.

Absolutely honest. That was below 10 mph.

If I had been planing it would have looked much flatter and smoother.

Unfortunately at the moment I have to take her down to Barrow to do 35 mph, so the lake has to put up with all that wash that sub-planing speeds produce. (OK it will plane at 15 mph)

Eventually I'll find out what speed I need to get to before I lift , and if herself has her way with the refit I'll need to change the engine to get moving at all
