Have decided to keep my boat in La Rochelle - Des Minimes for the next 6 months. I need a few general and electrical faults looking at and someone to supervise winterisation, anti fouling etc. Can anyone recommend someone for guardienage?

It is several years since I was there, but there were a number of small, specialists within a short walk of the marina. I always found them helpful and less avaricious than their UK counterparts.
I envyyou for your stay in La Rochelle - a beautiful town and a great sailing area.

I suspect you mean les Minimes.

You could try the following:

All the above(except Atelier du Marin who are the biggest in the port) are in the Zone Industrielle at the N end of les Minimes, there are another 4 who are situated in other parts of the city.

If you have been to Minimes you can get a comprehensive guide to the marina from the Capitainerie - why not give them a ring on (33)5 46 44 41 20 and ask them tp post one to you - mention Yves Tricaud's name, it should galvanise them into action.
