L.I.B.S. wind speed indicator

did anyone who went to the show get details on a wind speed and direction indicator with a mast top unit that has no moving parts i remember it cost about 300 pounds but conot find any info in my bag of leaflets and such like i think maybee i must have lost mine. ta Kieron
