Hi
I posted a week or so back about mystery bits on the marinised side of a Kubota 3-cycl.

The duff part was a rubber 'boot' in the form of an elbow bend on the heat exchanger/header tank. (I now discover it is called an "endcover" which is sensible enough, but hard to guess if you are just staring at it in situ.)

Shifting some grime I discovered the maker, Polar Engineering. Turns out they were taken over by Bowman in the Midlands who make heat exchangers of a similar sort, but to buy the endcover you have to call SeaHorse Power Ltd of Bournemouth (01202 526030/seahorsepower.co.uk).

Hope this helps some of you short-circuit the chase for these odd bits.

cheers
Chris
