Depending which browser you are using, just right click on each image, and select 'Save As' or similar to save onto your computer. Once there you can 'Insert' or 'Attach' them into an email

Or just send your crew a link to this thread?

Problem usually is not the animation of the ropes, but the animation of the hand movements needed to tie the knots. Looking at an animated bowline tying itself gives no idea of the wrist flick in the "one-handed" method.
