The temporary generator is giving problems on the close and they are only lifting for commercial traffic. The local bridge phone number is working and the operators are trying to be helpful but if the commercial traffic cancels they will not open for pleasure craft. Commercial traffic goes through one hour before high tide . Basically go the long way round or defer journey until the generator is reliable.
