im trying to post an ad on appollo duck for a mate with his digi camera and im being told the photos are too big over 2 mb how do i resize to get them on ,any help out there????

I use PIXresizer , it free from www.bluefive.pair.com

Use something like Picasa2 to do it. Its a free download. Google it.

What works for me :
Save the photo in a file in 'My Documents'.
Right click on the photo, and one of the options available is to re-size the photo.
So I click on that - can be small, medium or large. Even on 'large', it will reduce a 1 MB photo down to to perhaps 150 kb or so.
It does this with ACDSee - I cant remember if this came with my computer, or if it got downloaded at some stage. But it seems to work OK for this purpose.

Addendum to above,- Bluefive is alive and well. Some very nifty freeware on there.
