Unless I've lost all powers of sight due to bad booze did I read that our Mr Kim Hollamby now sits on RYA Safety Commmittee? Have I missed an earlier post to this effect?

Does this mean that we now have to be pious on all matters boating? Will Haydn ever be able to post 'Exploding Bogs' stories again?

Great fun for the terminally bored is to read whole mag to see how many times stinkies are mentioned as opposed to the 'Results of the Lowestoft Under-12 2nd Wednesday in July afternoon races for Dinghies between 3 and 5 years old -female class results'

I get so bored with that rag going on about winsurfing for little tots.
Hope Kim can sort out some of the stupidities that go on in the RYA - I once rang them for the address of a chain tester - they suggested that if I had doubts about my chain I should get a new one, they had never heard of anyone testing chains.
