I think it was the weather that prevented me from going last year, but it could have been lethargy.

I love the idea of these sort of things, but so often you arrive there to find that its nothing more than traders selling things at retail price (more than internet prices) and there's no real bargains to be had?

Is it really worth going?

Hi All,

I've bought my first boat and the Kent Boat Jumble will be my first, is it very big? I'm driving from Folkestone, so is it worth it? I'm also needing to buy a second-hand Bukh engine and some people have suggested car boots are a good source of such things, do you agree?

I went to it a couple of years ago when it was at Kent county showground, was it worth it? no not really, imagine loads of old junk and you will get the picture!
