Please be advised that I have absolutely no financial interest or share in this yacht.
However IF (big if) I am really lucky and there is a crew space available and IF (another big if)I get a pass from Swmbo then I might possibly be able to join Kate for a couple of cruises.

Press Release for KATE

Latest News.

“Kate” is being converted to yawl rig.

After four seasons racing as a cutter, dreams from ten years ago of racing other Twelve Metres are no longer.
More appropriate now is to race the classic yacht circuit in the Caribbean, the US East Coast and Northern Europe and to cruise.
The 46 foot long boom is going.
That will be a relief. The smaller mainsail and new mizzen will permit much easier handling and offshore sailing.

“Kate’s” next outing will be in November for the Golden Rock Regatta.

Regatta Charter

Sail her with your own crew or join ours.
With many years of regatta sailing in the Caribbean we have had many successful charters with “Kate”.
Our crew sleep aboard and charter guests stay in villas, hotels or in “mother ships”.
With our knowledge of the region all of this is easily arranged.

We expect “Kate” in her new colours and with her new rig to be faster and prettier than ever.

Upcoming events:
November The Golden Rock Regatta www.goldenrockregatta.com
January The Sint Maarten Classic Regatta www.classicregatta.com
February The BVI Sweethearts Regatta (This is so delightfully laid back there is no website)
March St. Maarten Heineken Regatta www.heinekenregatta.com
April Les Voiles de Saint Barth www.lesvoilesdesaintbarth.com
April Antigua Classic Yacht Regatta www.antiguaclassics.com
