Kapok cockpit bolster cushions?

Does anyone know where we might be able to buy cylindrical (bolster) cockpit cushions, made of the same material as the ubiquitous square ones that come in red or blue in all the chandleries? Do they exist?

This is probably a dumb cluck idea, but have you considered roling the square ones up to form a cylinder?

I cant say I have ever seen them. No doubt one of the marine uphosterers would make them for you.
