Looking for some advice and help with a starting problem; KAD 44 EDC on a 1998 Targa 34. Went to start the port engine which started, idled OK and just as we set off it reved twice on its own and cut out. It then would not restart; starter motor was turning over ok, fuel at all injectors but it would not fired up. No fault codes. (We'd had just been on an hours cruise and had no problems). Tried engine the next morning and it did the same; fired up, idled OK for 3-4 mins then reved twice then cut out. It would not restart, just kept turning over.
It has been suggested to re-calibrate throttles and to swap EDC on to the starboard engine to see if it does the same. Any other suggestions gratefully received! Thanks.
