Does anyone know the quantity of oil required to fill the sump from the bottom mark to the top mark on the dipstick?

To top-up or refil the oil after an oil change is a bit akward and to have some idea of the quantity required would be very useful.

You would normally find that info in the engine instruction manual if you have it. Otherwise it might be worth calling Volvo Penta in Watford

I think it's in the region of 5 litres.
