KAD42 - Recommended Oil ?

Can the forum Recommend what oil to use in KAD42 Volvo engines.

They have covered 750 hrs and are 1995/6 vintage, KAD42 B Series.

I have access to Castrol oil in bulk, so an oil spec would be useful.

Any mineral oil of grade 15W40 will do. (You don't want synthetic or semi synthetic).
I use Asda's 15W40 for diesel engines in my KAD 42's.
