KAD32 - Electromagetic clutch replacement

Hi all,
Can anyone advise of the procedure for this as it's been years since I helped someone do it last.

Electromagnetic clutch resistance is way off (should be 3.4 Ohm +- 10%) and is reading 1.9 Ohm. When we disconnect the clutch, the fuse no longer pops and produces 13.xV so hoping the speed sensor is still in good order.

Can anyone recommend a source to purchase from? I see in the past BruceK bought one without a diode or connector and this is what marineparts.ie is showing, Recmar brand.

To heck with that, my friend wants to replace this with like for like and be done with the issue

Hi Alt, did you ever get to the source of the SC problem? I've had a new SC clutch fitted last season but the control set up have developed a few issues. However, as part of the diagnosis I found that the "new" SC clutch coil resistance was the same as yours, 1.9 Ohms.
