KAD 44 Fresh Water flushing

After cleaning the heat exchangers, that were a bit blocked I was wondering if anyone has installed a freshwater flush system ?

As the boat is dry stacked I think this is not actually helping keep things clear.
What I would like to do is be able to connect a hose at some point so can run the engine through with fresh water, YES I know I could attach flush muffs but looking for something quicker and easier.

I have the same KAD with DP-E
Use flush muffs, stick up the bottom hole
Tie the flush muff to the leg to get it nice and tight
Put some water proof grease round the water pump vane, sucks way better

You could rig a fresh water feed into the inlet, but its more hoses / valves to go wrong

Was just seeing what others did .
I guess the answer is keep it simple less to go wrong

yep, there is some fancy gear for sale in the USA with valves if you search hard enough, KISS.

it flushes better just after its been used, as i guess there is still some water in the system.
good water hose pressure is essential too.

That’s exactly what I will do before the boat goes into the drystack .
