KAD 32 Volvo

Any Advise ?
I have just bought an S23 with the KAD 32 engine, I have noticed when powering to go onto the plane, between the super charger and the turbo kicking in there is a slight hesitation and almost sounds like a very short squeal of the belt then the turbo kicks in.
Any thoughts ?

Check the tension of the belts, especially the shorter one that goes from the crankshaft damper to the water pump.
It's under really quite a lot of strain when the supercharger kicks in.
