Kad 32 question

I was giving the engine room/bilges a quick clean yesterday and noticed two rubber pipes with taps fitted below each engine. I couldn't get in close enough to trace their location on the engines!

Would I be right in guessing these are drain hoses for the cooling system ??

The one with a blue mark is a seawater drain.
The one without a blue mark is a freshwater coolant drain.
There are other drain points as well - the owners manual has the details.
