KAD 32 question

hi guys......i have been draining down the raw water side on my kad 32, have removed the drain plug from the aftercooler, + 1 of the hoses that goes in the top of the lid, and removed the brass "plug" in the "telltail" hose by the power steering pump.. MY question is, where does the other end of that hose vanish into?? it "appears" to go into the heat exchanger, but my mirror and inflexable spine can,t quite see !!! also i have pushed the end as low into the bilge as poss, will that be sufficient for drain down ???........thanks in advance all.........

The other end is at the oil cooler - lowest point of the sea water side, so once that is fully drained & the aftercooler, the seawater system should be fully drained. Could be some still lying in the hoses though.
