Sailorman, I wish you luck in your quest, I think you may well be on a slippery slope if my experience is any thing to go by.
I wish you good luck and will call in when down that way. You will need a very strong management team. Remember you are no longer allowed to shoot the opposition however much you wish you could!!!!!
