To all who have been so helpful....a very big thankyou.

Put the boat back in the water yesterday...took out for a run across a milpond Douglas Bay...42 knots easy...big grin...boat fixed /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Two chaps came down today...mooched about onboard...same trip out...sold there and then for a fair bit more than I paid for it or even spent on it /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

Mixed feelings but money will look good in the bank. Sure it wont be there long /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Hope everyone has a safe and cracking season on the water and look forward to all the pictures!!

ps if you boat is struggling to sell maybe bring it over to the isle of man...i'll take good care of it and promise to put no more than 100 hours on per month /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Cheers Kwackers

Seals went very well thanks muchly.

Its was the injection pump that cracked it. Went off like a bomb once that was overhauled. Mind you 4 hours to put back on. Bit of a bugger as they say.....or I'm crap! Shame its going but dont look back as they say...just look forward to the next money pit /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Sure your find plenty to play with when you come over. If you come over on the Steam Racket just ask them to have a looksy in the engine room. She be a big bugger!!

Thanks for all your tips too /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
