Does anyone know where to get technical help for JRC products. I have emailed Rotterdam and Japan (twice each) but no reply. I have tried dealers in the US and they have replied but no result yet. All I want is to get the 700FX fishfinder/plotter to talk to Maxsea: the datastream is doing GPS info OK, but I can't get the depth and the data sentences offered in the 700 FX do not relate to depth in Maxsea.
