JRC NCR300A user manual

Hy all, i have an navtex JRC NCR300A and i need the operation manual, i found nothing aobut it.

The problem is that my navtex when i turn on shows: "A message enabled" and do nothing, any button i press.

it's work just the on/off power, what i can do?

i removed the thermal printer, that's should be the problem for what my navtex won't listen any command?
because the thermal printer doesn't want to print! it's print a negligible message
