JRC Jnav500 Service manual

Hy all, i have an GPS Navigator JRC JNav500 and its starts but the display shows only vertical dots, that's moves chaotic. I open it and inside i sow nothing broken, i measured the voltage of the input 12V(Pin 1 and ground at voltage regulator LM7805) .

Have someone an service manual or electrical diagram?

I mention that a hear a periodical beep, i have no antenna connected.
