JRC 1800 radar fitted with a NKE-1065 scanner head

I have a JRC 1800 radar fitted with a NKE-1065 scanner head.

The head has failed and I have found 3 resistors have disintegrated (unable to read colours).

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this head unit.
