JR marine distributer in U.K. or Europe?

Hi folks, needing to get hold of the JR marine access cover kit and special spanners for an Alpha drive unit.

They will post from the states for an eye watering $156 postage.

Does anyone know if they have a distributor in the eu or U.K.?

I emailed them a couple of years ago and got this back:

"i have a distributor in NORWAY that can send it to you quicker. he stocks our cover kit wrenches and taps.
