Journey to the dark side

Do pay some attention to the briefing, especially the bit about outlying rocks and reefs. For example, there's one near Nidri which is officially unmarked but is usually conspicuous as it has an Italian Mobo on it waiting to be pulled off. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

We (and numerous others over the summer) thought the lead crew were joking but the Italians usually managed to oblige.

But enjoy, it can be awful quiet with the engine off!!! /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Put sticky plasters over the tattoos
Leave the gold medallion etc. behind
When changing baseball for yachtie cap,
remember to wear it the right way round.
Ohhh...there is no need to shout on a
sailing yacht (no noisy engine)
As you are bound to enjoy yourself there is
no need to tell you to smile from ear to ear

Kind Regards Briani

Re: Um,What actually happened to your diesel ?.

News wasn't good I'm afraid, no compression on one cylinder means its dropped a valve or broken a piston or something similar. Engine is being craned out and stripped down now. Hopefully any broken bits did not also scrap the turbo on their way out.

Don't forget to balance that with the incident where the power boat drove over the top of the yacht at Pwllheli.
