I have been using Seaqueen for many years on a bi-annual basis with excellent results. It is now only available to commercial organisations and I am not going to pay someone to antifoul my boat. Has anyone got experience of their "leisure" replacement mare nostrum - alternatively is there a trick to getting round the "commercial" requirement. I do own a VAT registered company but it doesn't do antifouling!

I have been thinking the same, now not being able to get Sea Queen. I have two Ltd VAT registered companies!! Neither do Antifouling, but they are connected to the leisure industry.

I too have used jotun, I think it was seaqueen, for quite a few years but was unable to obtain any for the quoted reasons so this year, april to october I used MARE NOSTRUM. I think it was possibly easier to apply and upon haulout found it to be as effective as previously altho' of course it was more expensive. This was in the Walton area and on a swinging mooring---Roger---
