Just playing with an old 6hp Johnson, cos it's raining.
I took the thermostat housing off to check for gunge.....No thermostat.
No problem I thought I had a Johnson 20 sitting next to it so I took it's thermostat cover off.....No thermostat.
I don't want to fork out £35 on a thermostat on an engine we will use for knocking about in the Rubber dinghy, It seems others think the same way
What are the possible pitfalls?
