Impossible to come by here and when ordering online it turns out that shipping will cost more than the actual book.
Would be very interested in the pages about "Freedom" (I believe arond p.187)

I, too, seem to ask questions which nobody is able to answer.

Take heart in the fact that you have eccentric and unusual good taste!

Why not go to the local library and ask if they can order it. I did this with a book a few years ago and I got hold of the only copy in the country which was languishing in some national archive in the Midlands.

I returned to the library after I had 'lost' the book. After receiving a £100.00 fine I miraculously 'found' the book again.

Seems like they have met my type before.
