Jib Halyard at top of Mast help

Left the boat during the recent storms and returned to find my Jib Halyard is now at the top of the mast. Wasn't planning to have the mast stepped prior to launch and the boat is on wood piles at a yard so not sure how safe it is to go up even if I didn't have an issue with heights. I do also need to fit some lazy Jacks for a new dolphin Sails stack pack.
Any suggestions
