Fifteen Starters got away at 1200 on Sunday 16 June, heading for Terceira.

A day and a half later, most seem headed for the fleshpots of Brittany.

Happily all participants seem to have resisted the temptation of the excellent food and hostelries here in Brittany and have continued onwards.
Am wishing them all luck and look forward to the stories at the end

Aye. They've likely discovered that the beer is cheaper in Terceira, for they're ( nearly ) all over halfway there, having largely enjoyed favourable winds for a week.

Crossed the line in the moonlight this morning. Great feeling of achievement. Amazingly my friend Dhara is here and rowed out to meet me in the harbour! Thanks to friends and family for all the support and shout out to Weston Bay Yacht Club. Looking forward to the bar!

It's a huge achievement for the finishers wherever they come. Having done the Azab on a much bigger boat my appreciation of the entrants is immense.
