Hi All

Foam Jenny brushes ....... Use once and throw away or can they be left in white spirit /cleaned for future use ?? Never used them before to-day . Hooked on 'em now though.

Suck and see-----well not literally! I use once and discard, I don't think white spirit a foam would mix well.

For house use, (waterbased paints) I wash and re-use.

For boat I achieved a very good finish once - can't remember what I did but how about leaving a brush in a jam jar dipped in the same paint just used and that you intend to use the next day? Same solvent, so maybe it will work.

Could try thinners and if it doesn't disslove the brush you;re onto a winner.

£1 each from local chandlery but found pack of 12 for £1 in local cheap diy store . Same quality ?? I doubt it but have used one with equal results . No more bristle brushes and no more cleaning for me.
