Jefa LD12 Linear drive return to Jefa in Denmark.

I want to send my linear drive unit back to Jefa as it has stopped working.
However, trying to find the custom codes for this unit is a nightmare - its like the circumlocution department in real life.

Anyone done this sort of thing before that could help me would be appreciated.

Thanks for that.
Its ploughing through the tariff lists thats difficult as nothing comes up under linear drive, yacht steering, etc! So its a trawl through each 1st letter list to find the the 8 digit code

First thing I did after getting the address and details of costs of repair.
They declined to answer.

Guess what tried again just before the weekend and got a different sales person who sent the tariff number by return!
